Management experience

Martin Frame, the principal of Bauencorp Consulting is a Chartered Accountant who has many years' media experience at the most senior level in marketing, advertising and market research. He has been the Group Finance Director of a FTSE 250 listed company for ten years with worldwide interests in market research and acquired over 200 companies in over 40 countries. These involved funding via rights issues and syndicated bank debt and major change management.

He is a Council member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.
